This asset comprises of six fields in Neo Chorio, Paphos. The asset has a total area of 162,562sqm and abuts a registered footpath along its south border. The asset falls within the Natura 2000 protection area. The immediate area comprises of agricultural and undeveloped parcels of land. The asset falls within three planning zones:
-Agricultural planning zone Γα4 with 10% building density, 10% coverage, 2 floors and a maximum height of 7m.
-Agricultural planning zone Γα2 with 6% building density, 6% coverage, 1 floor and a maximum height of 5m.
-Protection planning zone Δα1 with 0,5% building density, 0,5% coverage, 1 floor and a maximum height of 5m.
